The ClearSource leadership is composed of visionaries, thinkers, trailblazers, and firm believers in our employees’ exceptional skills and potentials.
After honing his craft in the banking industry for two decades, a desire to craft a more unique approach to customer service began to stir in him and so, he would then go on to start something with his business partner, Nate Spears; something that will eventually emerge as a developing name in the BPO industry: ClearSource!
Since founding ClearSource in Utah in late 2007, Rob has proven himself as a more hands-on CEO than most. He does his best to check on his people every now and then, crack a joke or two with them, and even working with them directly, all in the name of helping them reach their full potential in growth. Fast forward a decade later, Rob takes notice of the Philippines and endless potential they have in the BPO market, leading to a second office opening in the country, where it continues to grow strong to this day!
One of Nate’s first forays into a leadership role was during his time working with for BMW Financial Services, where he helped future ClearSource collaborator Rob Goeller manage the outsourcing of customer support to third-party call centers.
It was also during that time when noticed that, unfortunately, not a lot of call centers focused on the quality of service being provided, but rather the quantity. It was with this vision that led him and Rob to launch ClearSource in 2008, with the goal of crafting a truly unique and exceptional customer experience that can fit into any business mold there is.
A distinguished executive in the customer experience industry, Lawrence has steered various companies, teams, and employees to achieving their desired success by driving net profitability, building shareholder value, optimizing organizational structures, processes, and budget, and improving competitive market positioning.
With more than two decades in the profession and counting, he has truly made a name for himself not just in the trade but also among the people that he has worked with.
He accomplished all these feats and more with his personal brand of humble, efficient leadership.
For a man that’s certainly well-traveled, his view on business seems to be grounded. After getting his start in the financial and renewable energy worlds, Ryan was about ready to make his transfer to a new world that allowed him to combine his passions and skill into one cohesive unit. Enter his current direction: our director for ClearSource!
Since then, he has continued to inspire others to make a difference in what ever they do and never stop chasing their dreams, even if it means to do something entirely different. It takes a lot to leave one’s comfort zone, but to do it to make an impact? Now, that’s the courage Ryan wants to bring out of you.
Before graduating from the University of Utah in 2020, Austin actually got his start at ClearSource as early as 2014, when he worked as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, his passion for the opportunities that ClearSource presents to their people has only grown bigger, and now, as he leads the US and PH operations of the company, he contributes a large part of that!
When not at work, he prefers to spend time with his beloved dogs and fiancé. He’s also a big fan of the outdoors, preferring to snow in the great Utah snow, and taking his boat out on the state’s many lakes.
With over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, it’s safe to say that ClearSource director Tess Goeller knows all the ins and outs of the industry. Hailing from Bicol, Tess got her start of independence at an early age, moving to Manila at 13 years old, and then moving out on her own at 15.
Since then, this mother of four continues to inspire others to make their own rise to the top! When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and kids, as well as dabbling in the worlds of photography, and modelling.
