Customer Care Representative

Our Customer Care Representatives are responsible for delivering an industry best customer service experience, both internally and externally, while exceeding performance targets.

Compensation Package:

  • Starts at Php 28,000

Work Setup:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience or equivalent experience preferred,
  • Experience in billing and/or technical support role is a plus.
  • Knowledge in residential solar construction is desirable.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Applications is desirable.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus! 
  • With stable ISP connection and workspace (WFH capability); meets the defined minimum bandwidth requirements of at least *10 to 15 mbps and back-up Internet Connection
