Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Corporate Recruiting experience
- Proven knowledge & experience in passive hiring
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
Core Responsibilities:
- Understand recruitment demands and skills/profiles within the area of responsibility
- Screen applications and select candidates based on hiring manager’s guidance/account profile
- Conduct interviews as well as organize & facilitate assessments/processing days in a timely manner
- Provide external marketplace information to recruitment leadership and the sourcing team (i.e., details gathered during interview process)
- Update and utilize the recruitment database and tools
- Facilitates MRFs, new hire discussions, and calibrations with stakeholders/hiring managers
- Provide accurate reports on a regular basis and special reports upon request (identifying issues and resolving within desirable timelines)
- Discuss with hiring manager/immediate superior concerns in sourcing & processing of candidates and recommend necessary action with enough lead time to process additional candidates
