Our History

Established in 2008 by experienced industry leaders Rob Goeller and Nate Spears, ClearSource BPO Inc. started from the realization that players in the call center scene tend to be more focused on efficiency rather than quality.

 

This sparked the co-founders’ vision to create an exceptional customer experience for any business through their own BPO company, which they opened in the state of Utah, USA. After a decade, this fast-growing corporation expanded and launched ClearSource Philippines in Makati City.

 

At present, ClearSource continues to prosper as a business that always dares to be the exception, putting utmost priority on the quality of every connection and experience they build among their clients, customers, and employees.
